Experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Using Adobe Illustrator to create custom sports jersey design mock ups for a variety of large scale clients. Clients include schools and athletic associations such as: Queen's University, Mohawk College, CFL Combine, Canadian Olympic Commitee.
• While working closely with the client, designs are revised and adjusted to meet their creative vision.
• Upon mock up approval, the design is reproduced according to jersey template specifications. Great care and detail must be taken into account to ensure that the final product is faithful to the initial mock up.
• Each jersey is then created in order to meet all team and player details. Factors such as jersey fabric, seam allowances, custom colour matching, league regulations/rules, and logo re-drawing must all be considered in the creation process.
• At this stage the jerseys are prepared for printing and pressing. Attention to detail is paramount in this process in order to avoid missing artwork, spelling mistakes, and errors in jersey sizing/numbering.
• Worked with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to design the bi-annual TEAM catalogue which is used to showcase new jersey designs, technologies and products.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Working closely with web developer to update and maintain the online custom jersey configurator.
• Creation of unique and flexible designs to be added to the annual catalogue.
• Logo creation and logo re-drawing.
• Custom colour testing and matching to maintain consisency among the clients visual guidelines.
• Checking of colleagues work to minimize mistakes.

Vlora Day Spa

• Complete web development and design using HTML / CSS / PHP / JAVASCRIPT for an established business in the Stoney Creek area.
• Through working together with the business owner an online presence was built. A website accessible for both new and returning clients to visit to keep up with news, pricing and special features.
• By creating a contact form directly on the website clients are able to request appointments and submit questions directly to the owner.
• Continued maintenance and updating of web site and web hosting.

Cubas Restaurant

• Designed logo, menu, take out menu and business cards for Cubas latin restaurant.
• Created promotional material for several events including New Years Eve dinners, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

My Healthy Touch Massage Clinic

• Completely re-designed existing website to provide a modern look and user friendly interface.
• Created mail fliers to be sent out to existing clients reminding them of the benefits of massage therapy.
